其实不是每个人都有与生俱来的
领导能力。
一个有魄力的领导会累垮他(她)的员工。
一个有能力的领导会带给员工压力。
但是一个不会体谅员工,只顾自己多过员工的利益的领导
会累垮整个部门, 带给员工无形的压力。
我不能批评整件事到底是谁对谁错。
但是问题的来源因该是——
一方面要求过高,
一方面能力不足,
这个差距是一个无法推翻的事实。
他(她)有没有听过以长补短?
要了解整个部门的运作,
了解每一个员工的工作能力,
才能激发员工的士气,
才能发掘员工的能力。
这才是一个真正领导者首先要做的事情。
所以要:
学会了解,
尝试聆听,
用心面对,
体会辛劳,
赏罚分明 等等
才能做到让员工佩服,欣赏的好上司。
Demand-Supply:
You can demand,
but we can't supply
how?
Sometimes,
it does not mean you want it then you can get it.
One has to know everyone got his or her limitation.
Even the superior themselves also got limitations.
But we don't demand superior,
how can they demand us?
Demand is good.
But must perceive the situation.
If no one can meet your demand,
what is the use?
Only makes everyone suffer.
