- 要求与能力 -

其实不是每个人都有与生俱来的
领导能力。

一个有魄力的领导会累垮他（她）的员工。
一个有能力的领导会带给员工压力。

但是一个不会体谅员工，只顾自己多过员工的利益的领导
会累垮整个部门， 带给员工无形的压力。

我不能批评整件事到底是谁对谁错。

但是问题的来源因该是——
一方面要求过高，
一方面能力不足，
这个差距是一个无法推翻的事实。

他（她）有没有听过以长补短？

要了解整个部门的运作，
了解每一个员工的工作能力，
才能激发员工的士气，
才能发掘员工的能力。

这才是一个真正领导者首先要做的事情。

所以要：
学会了解，
尝试聆听，
用心面对，
体会辛劳，
赏罚分明 等等

才能做到让员工佩服，欣赏的好上司。

Demand-Supply:

You can demand,
but we can't supply
how?

Sometimes,
it does not mean you want it then you can get it.
One has to know everyone got his or her limitation.

Even the superior themselves also got limitations.

But we don't demand superior,
how can they demand us?

Demand is good.
But must perceive the situation.
If no one can meet your demand,
what is the use?

Only makes everyone suffer.

- 客工的辛酸 -

他们飘扬过海，离开家乡，
来到这里为了就是赌一个希望。
他们付了一笔钱但是最后还是输了。

他们本以为能找到一份工作，
领一份薪水，
如此简单。

但是事实远远都不是任何人能预料得到。

他们连三餐温饱都成问题，
晚上只能露宿街头。
明天不再是希望，
而是一种痛苦。

为何～
我们可以为了一点钱而斤斤计较？
我们可以浪费食物？
我们可以开着冷气睡觉？
我们为了工作而烦恼？

他们呢？
还有什么选择？
只有等待和期待。

They flew here to find a job,
earn a living.

But what they get,
is no job, no money, no lodging, no food.
No hopes.

Us?
We complain no raise in salary,
food not nice,
air con not cold,
stress from job etc.

Who will feel pity for those foreign workers?

Sad.

～危机～

工作方面产生危机。
其实一个好的公司需要
管理有道，处事果断，头脑精明
的管理阶层来带领我们。

一个工作环境，
需要一个
头脑冷静，责任感强，
以大局为重，
能有带领能力的人。

我在等待这个人的出现。
也许等不到。。。

我也累了。
其实我只想管理好我的部门，
希望能好好教导其他同事处事的态度，方法等等
但是我也是半桶水。
所以也许是我能力不足吧！

至少我可以办到的，
就尽力吧！

其他就让给其他利害的人去处理。

我也要只身而退了。

i always feel that having alot of deviations in a workplace is not a bad thing after all.
at least it identifies the weak area that we miss out.
it is a good time to look closely at the system and try to work out a better way to improve it.

but others might see it negatively.

there is always room for improvement.
if there is no more room, meaning it will be a dead end.
a system with a dead end will eventually dies out.

I hope before i go,
at least there are some improvement in my lab,
be it the system, work and people.

at least it is promise to myself and others.

i hope...

~ 错 ～

错了就得认。

其实不论什么藉口，
有意或无心，
只要是做错了就得—

承担，承认， 承受。

推卸只是为了掩饰。

所以我得认，
错了就是错了。

还是失落。

累。

这几个礼拜走来很累。
工作量繁重，
时间很紧迫。
连喘口气也觉得辛苦。
到底问题出在哪里？
是没有很好的规划。。。是人为。

烦

太多烦恼了。

又要烦工作， 烦读书，烦不能说的秘密。。。

加上睡眠不足，

私人时间减少，

到底问题出在哪里？

是没有很好的处理。。。是自找！

闷

居然我不想回家。

是一个恶梦的开始？

我在公司呆到不想回家！

这是工作狂的现象！

（4）嫉妒悲观者

这种人最毒！

他或她在嫉妒你的情况下，
会不断在你的耳边说些悲观的话。
当你最需要支持的时候，
最好别遇上这种人，

我遇过，
这种人让我难过。

在不利于你的情况下，
在你无助彷徨的时候，
你要的是伙伴的支持，
而不是要一桶冷水往你的头上洒下。

所以这种人最低级！
耍手段，扮消极，
只不过是掩饰心中的嫉妒与不满。

In a workplace,
such a person is not a teamplayer.
Cos his/her words might make the whole workplace collapse.

He/she will discourage anyone trying to make an effort to improve a workplace,
He/she thinks that himself/herself is much better than anyone else.
He/she cannot tolerate talent/leadership from anyone.

When insecurity and jealousy collide,
the impact will be tremendous.

Such a person is a walking bomb.
It is only a matter of time he/she will explode.
And if it happens,
in a negative sense,
you will die with him/her.

(3) 心胸狭窄者

这种人最记仇。
他/她可以在你面前表现大方，背后可能插你几刀。

你不懂在这种人面前说的话，都可能随时变成你的遗言。

‘ 所谓说者无心，听者有意。’
你的一举一动可能会带给你惨痛的下场。
这种人其实也很痛苦。
为何？
因为他们永远都会以极端的态度来分析周遭的人的言谈举止。
他们是可悲的一群.

(2) 贪生怕死者

这种人绝对是你的克星。
为何？
因为你不知道何时他/她会在你背后捅你几刀。
你如果做错了事，
他/她会自保而出卖你。
他/她做错了事，
你可能要为了保护他/她而连累自己。

所以这种人能存在，
是因为我们有被他们利用的价值。

这种人因该很寂寞。
为何？
因为一旦他们出卖我们之后，
可能会受到我们的鄙视。
但是他们会因为没被连累而感到庆幸。
职场上这种人很难有朋友或伙伴。

所以他们得为自己的行为而付出代价。

You cannot deny their existence in a workplace.
Cos these people are the most common kind,
just like cockroaches infested in dirty places.

They are pathetic in a way.
Cos who are not afraid to die?
In a war, the first to shoot most likely will be the last to stand.
So in order to survive, one must be the first to shoot.

Whether it is worth the price, it is all up to individual.

You can hate such people but don't forget you might be one of them/become one of them.

（1）兴风作浪者

这种人最喜欢看热闹。
而且是看别人吵闹。
自己暗自叫爽。

无中生有是他们的强项。
没有的东西，
他们能说到有。
有的东西，
他们能说到没有。

他们永远在大家面前扮演着观众，
但是却是幕后编剧。
精心策划的剧本，
细心挑选的演员，
加上自己挑衅，
一部有血有泪的戏剧便由此开演。

职场上这种人会跟你做好朋友
从你的身上收取资料，
然后去跟你不和或讨厌甚至没有关联的人，
煽风点火说你的是非。
这样子你就会变成公敌，
没有人相信你。
但是你却相信陷害你的人。
以为他/她是你的朋友。

These kind of people want to create chaos.
They want others to suffer.
They enjoy being the spectators,
watching the drama they direct from the start.

This kind of people lack security.
Cos they can't stand anyone better than them.
They want to be the limelight.
They want to be the best among others.
As long as someone get more attention than him/her,
He/she will start to create conflicts in the workplace.
He/she will forever stay far from the conflicts,
enjoying every second of it from somewhere...

~Nokia E71~

It has been a while since I wanted to change a new handphone. Bcos my current HP PDA phone is dyin' on me.

I have problems charging it. And I believe one day, its soul would just leave without notice.

So today I finally went to get a new phone.

Tok abot phonE.

Everyone is toking about iPhone.

But I just do not have the urge to get it.

My main concern is I am done with a phone without keyboard/numeric pad.

So Nokia E71, Blackbery Curve, Sumsung are actually my choices.

In the end I have chosen Nokia.

Since it is cheap, having what I want-Qwerty keyboard, Mp3, WiFi....

I settle for it. Although it is not the best of the best phones around in the market...

But it will do me good for awhile....I hope it would last me years as I do not have much money to spend on devices anymore :)

电话能打出去就行，
能传简讯就好。
要拍照，去买相机！
要听歌，去买MP3 player 也行！
但是人就是不能接受只买一种功能的gadget。
Gadget- Good At Doing Great Every Task.

所以人的弱点是给商家机会赚钱。
